Cancellation & Refund Policy
In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, the customer can bring up a concern or complaint. We will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the order is cancelled by the customer 1 (One) day before the delivery date, the customer is entitled to get a full refund.

If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

For any complain regarding quality and service please write to us at support@forgetmenotflorist.in with your order no. and delivery date.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management at Forget Me Not Florist.

In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.

Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.
